is it the prize
of growing older
these vivid dreams
so much more dramatic
then what I do awake

the wind in the trees
reminds me
that what once was
so important
just passes by

A great big cloud formation over Flat Rocks from yesterday ... 4-4-15
branches over head creating a lattice to the sky ...4-4-15
A nest left behind from last year beginning to show through some of the threads and strings from the walk yesterday at the Cornell Botanic Garden.,. 4-04-15
Another pond at Cornell Plantations with ice slowly receding... 4-4-15
Cornell Botanic Garden pond 4-4-15
Looking through one fence at another fence reflected in a puddle with the sky and clouds 4-4-15
less abstract of the same view...
Along the walk a look into a puddle with some mosaic of pine and sky...4-4-15
late in the day the ground warmth was enough that the snow was unable to land there withoutout melting but on surfaces above the ground it was able to stay... that is my theory for this
little evergreen holding onto its snow covering ... 4-4-15
Yesterday at the Botanic Garden ... a look along the upper pathway...4-4-15
Ithaca Falls 4-4-15 e
Another view of Ithaca Falls with a roaring, raging, torrent of snow melt furiously falling! The force of it all gave off a strong spray laden-ed wind... All the gorges are at high tide

across the field
with the wind
my thoughts

glowing blooms of spring
blossoming through the drab leaves of last fall...
Late afternoon sun sparkling on the brook beside our house... parts of the creek are still frozen and the open water goes under ice in places but was running nicely this afternoon... 3-1
Cardinal red on an afternoon walk along the railroad bed... it was easy to see this little bit of red in all that gray beige backdrop...3-19-15
robin at attention 3-21-16
darkening sky 3-20-16
photos of sun sparkling on the stream beside our house 3-19-15 c
out of the drabbery
crocuses
crocus time
In another world on the light blown surface of water rippling along on the day...3-17-15
